The Loft - Retail Sales
Terms: We accept your check or money order, payable to The Loft. Payment is required within 15 working days. Shipment: All shipments via UPS or U.S. Priority Mail, whichever is better. We will charge only for actual shipping costs. Damages and Shortages: Please contact UPS to report such problems within seven days. These are UPS regulations and we cannot help until you have contacted them. Contact your U.S. Post Office, if there are problems with Priority Mail. Delivery: ASAP or by dated order. Tax Exempt Customers: Indiana Sales Tax Exempt customers must provide their Tax ID # for our files. Guarantee: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, please contact us. Returns: No returns without prior authorization. Pack your returns carefully. Credit cannot be issued on damaged merchandise due to sloppy repackaging prior to return to us. Returns must be made within 30 days. Returns must include the original invoice or a copy of the invoice. Shipping charges will be added and total amount due will be included on your invoice. Indiana residents will be charged 5% Sales Tax. Most orders are shipped complete. At this time please email us with your order. We'll immediately return your email stating the approximate shipping date and whether we have all your items in stock. If you mail us your order, and we are out of an item, please indicate your preference: Hold and Ship Complete
